The business services provided by the companies who are already in any sort of alliance are termed as the Alliance business services. The companies or businesses when come into joint venture, alliances are termed to be formed. The alliances which remain there for some particular reasons may be those which provide services jointly. The examples of some joint venture companies may be: “Sony” joint ventured with “Ericson”, which resulted in the existence of “Sony Ericson”. “Lever Brothers” with “Uni” to give origination to the “Unilevers”. And in this way, joint ventures take place and provide the services jointly to the customers. That might include; if a super store and a specific product company ABC, are jointly working and providing the service to the customers that it can do the home delivery for the regular customers. This also shows up the provision of the services to the customers in a way which includes both, the super store as well as the ABC Company which made alliance and wanted to provide such services on their stores. The other might be the example that the “pizza hut” is only serving Pepsi, not Coca Cola due to the alliance in business services. For the purpose of that, they might need to negotiate in a way that it gives the authorization to develop a new and maintained way. These services are providing only to attract the customers. The original scheme might be that jointly providing the services will increase the demand of both and without any further expenses. This may also known as the service providers with low potential to discuss the revenues and working conditions with the increase in demand will follow the provision. This provides the assurance of being loyal to each other.

The businesses are given more importance if they are completing the criteria set by the customers, consumers, other general public and most importantly, the marketers. The very good example might be of the TCS services which provide services to the customers round the world. They make their loyal customers feel special, like if any customer of them has 50 times availed their service, then, they present him with a 10kg crate of mangoes in the summer while oranges in the winter. They also keep your birthdays remembered and so they wish you through a greeting card. These services make the customers more loyal and attached to the company.
