Therefore, it is very necessary to provide the services to the customers so that they know that the company cares for them. The company has to do some favors to the customers. For example there is a petrol pump; the company should provide facilities of car washes, internet access, coffee shops in the pump station. This will show that the company cares for its customers and in this regard, it is offering some favors to the loyal customers. Another example would be of “loyalty cards”. These cards are given to the customers to make them more loyal and maintain their loyalty. Businesses also have to work for the society and provide its services in order to get good Public Relations. When the public is happy, automatically the company will reach the peaks. Therefore, that work should be done which is for the betterment of the society.
Working voluntarily will also help in increase in public relation. The companies must only look on the quality and packaging of the product but they have to go far beyond that. One more example can be of a company whose timings were off but still one of their salesman got a call from a customer who had a complain about their product. The salesman did not reply her that the time is over but he went there to help her out to make the customer satisfied and ensured that: Yes, the company does care for you.
